Link to controller in "Use In Controller" EE modal not working in Chrome

In some browser versions (so far only confirmed to be Chrome stable 94), the link to the connected Controller doesn't do anything (i.e. it fails to open up Controller in a new tab.

This behavior isn't reproducible in Chromium 97 and Firefox at least, and possibly other browsers.
