Modify ROI Calc to a pre & post sales cycle planning tool to measure progress and provide accountability ( using adjacent or replacing IDC Calc so we can capture that data)
MVP:
- Allow customers (and new prospects with Trial) to create a list for what they’d like to automate in a timeline (30 day trial, 1 year sub), capturing key metadata items
- Allow users to associate a list item with a Job Template sourced by Analytics
- Give customers a ‘time to completion’ metric from list item creation to template association
Phase 1:
- Planning ‘wizard’ view should look something like the IDC category collector (Infra, Network, Containers, Cloud)
- Customers can set basic time metrics for productivity comparisons
- Add relevant contacts to receive reports on progress
- Allow account teams (SA, TAMs, SSPs) to review the planner to maintain accountability
Phase 2:
- Using text analysis from items and their metadata, make recommendations around certified and support collections from Automation Hub
