When running unit tests in Docker containers API or Processor, they are preconfigured with the ENV DEFAULT_IDENTITY (`.envs/local/.api`)

It causes some API tests, which test rbac, fail, i.e. `pytest -vv test/v1/api_with_data_generator/test_authorized.py::test_authorized_org_id_none`
