To fix OCPBUGS-14257, we added a workaround to openshift-installer to rename (most) files to 8.3 format before including them in the ISO, in order that their short names will match the ones expected by coreos-installer.

As part of OCPBUGS-64929, we have fixed go-diskfs so that it will generate short names directly in the expected Level 1 format (i.e. 8.3). This means there is no longer any need to modify the long names, and reverting this change will make the generated agent ISO look more like the original.
