      Description of problem:

Since the default namespace change introduced in in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPSTRAT-1717

the must-gather for LVMS is currently set up to collect data from the default namespace.

This causes data collection from must-gathers to be almost empty when source cluster have enough age for have the operator still running in previous namespace used "openshift-storage".

Also, this also doesn't work with the current possibility of installing the operator in a different namespace, as installing in anything different from "openshift-lvm-storage" will not collect the requested data.

      Current: https://github.com/openshift/lvm-operator/blob/v4.20.0/must-gather/collection-scripts/gather_namespaced_resources#L14

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       4.20.0

      Steps to Reproduce:

       Run a must-gather for LVMS

      Actual results:

If operator running in different namespace than "openshift-lvm-storage" will not collect anything relevant.

      Expected results:

For the must-gather to collect the relevant data for the operator regardless where it's running.
