VirtualizedTable is used by the following files in the Home nav section and should be updated to use DataView

• public/components/alert-manager.tsx
• public/components/api-explorer.tsx
• public/components/namespace.jsx
• public/components/alertmanager/alertmanager-config.tsx

AC:

• files in the Home section are updated to use DataView equivalents
• sorting, filtering, and row actions will have feature parity with the previous implementation
• any related tests are updated to work with the new DataView components
