Extend Fuse Standalone QE matrix supporting openjdk11 and oracle jdk11
update axis and matrix filter for Fuse Standalone supporting both openjdk11/ oracle jdk11
introduce a new parameter so that spring-boot* ipaas-quickstarts template can work both with JDK8 and JDK11
To be able to run spring-boot* quickstarts on OCP with pre-defined template(S2I mode) with JDK11, we need to introduce a parameter so that customer can specify which base fuse7-java-openshift image is used.
The default value of this parameter should be fuse7-java-openshift(JDK8), but customer can specify to use fuse7-java11-openshift(JDK11).
Also we need to add fuse7-java11-openshift into fis-image-streams definition.
add java11 profile for spring-boot-* quickstarts
where we can specify base image as fuse7-fuse-java-openshift-jdk11-rhel7
And this will be automatically used when running with Java11, always ensure the correct base image is used for a specific JDK

And this fuse-java-openshift image is used for all spring-boot* openshift quickstarts.
To support JDK11, we also need fuse-java-openshift image based on jdk11

Running all/majority of unit tests with java11 should uncover most of the components java11 compatibility issues. For this maybe camelus project (from QE) could be used.
