Goal
All Managed clusters fetch available updates from cluster version operator (CVO). Which means OCM is able to fetch cluster-specific upgrade recommendations (available updates) for each supported managed OpenShift topology (classic and hosted control planes).
The benefit of this will be that service delivery can stop using ClusterImageSets. Refer SD-ADR-0183: Upgrade recommendations for individual managed OpenShift clusters for details.
