Goal

Deliver in INT a functional RP which makes the ARM APIs available. The APIs can be called to deploy a cluster functionally and also perform the day 2 operations.

• We are able to deploy a cluster, add/remove nodes
• SRE team responsible for clusters
• Able to deploy ARO HCP through Azure pipelines (Ev2)
