      Overview

As a user of ROSA, when I create a cluster, I want to tell the UI or CLI that I want to add an initial cluster-admin user at creation time, instead of as a day-2 task for the cluster.
I need to be securely provided this username/password combination.

Customers want to create a cluster and also have a cluster-admin user readily available when the cluster is installed so that when automating with tools such as Terraform, a customer can automate with the cluster immediately without manual intervention.

      Acceptance Criteria
The list of requirements to be met to consider this Epic feature-complete.

Customers can create a ROSA cluster with the CLI, UI, Terraform, and indicate the need for a cluster-admin user immediately after the cluster is installed without a day2-task being necessary. The customer could ideally send desired credentials to the cluster or receive them as a result of the request for the user, all at cluster-creation time.

      • ROSA CLI `create cluster` has an option flag to setup the initial cluster-admin user
        • the username/password is provided to the user at the CLI
      • The ROSA provisioning UI can also have a toggle to setup an initial cluster-admin user
        • the username/password is provided to the user in the UI in a safe/secure manner
      • credentials are not stored in our Red Hat systems unnecessarily or are cleaned up securely.
      • the same facilities above are available to OSD clusters (in the OSD UI)
