BU Priority Overview

The OpenShift Managed cloud services since inception prioritise stability, reliability and ease of use. As a result there are inadvertently several features or constructs in self-managed OpenShift Container Platform that have not been made available to the Managed OpenShift cloud services. This BU priority aims to address this missing parity of capabilities and features in a way that meets the needs of how Managed cloud services must operate, combined with the needs of our customers.

• Continue to deliver feature parity for managed OpenShift services compared to OCP.
• reduce toil related to support exceptions meant to address feature parity gaps.
