We have enabled numerous instance sizes for ROSA and OSD and currently the list is over well over 100. We need to enable search in the dropdown to make it easier for users to find and select the desired instance size.

Instance sizes that are not available in the selected cloud provider region should not be listed in the dropdown.

Users should be able to search and find their desired instance size easily in the console. 

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• Users should be able to search for an instance in the dropdown for ROSA and OSD cluster provisioning
• Users should be able to search for an instance in the dropdown for ROSA and OSD during machine pool creation
• Instance sizes should be filtered based on the region selected for the cluster
