Description
The goal is to implement kube-controller-manager-operator part of https://github.com/openshift/enhancements/blob/master/enhancements/worker-latency-profile/worker-latency-profile.md.
This is currently waiting API changes from [-https://github.com/openshift/api/pull/1107-]
The actual work will be done by the CFE team, see https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPNODE-850 and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPNODE-853
we will only review.
