Allow excluding Smooks dependency when not used

Smooks is currently referred to in the Wise Core API (WSDynamicClient), which makes its dependency mandatory even when it's not needed.
There're few scenarios (basically the two web gui apps) in which Smooks is not needed and it actually hurts because it increases the size of the final deployment.
We should hence have a lightweight / basic version of the WSDynamicClient not using Smooks and the default version with the full set of functionalities (Smooks included).
