Description

We should change the web gui to use a wizard style panel to simplify / clarify the navigation flow, especially considering we're going to add new features (WISE-192, WISE-193).

Additionally, we need to auto-expand the request and response trees, to allow faster editing (no need to open everything the first time before filling values in).
