Consider renaming <or> <and> to <any> <all>

The way boolean value is returned from the conditions is quite hidden from a user perspective. <any>/<all> may be better understandable for people.

Consider also making <any> as default or insist on specifying which one to use if multiple conditions were found. Such a change would brake some of the existing rules though
