Windup Should Automatically Cleanup Graph & Archive Directories

Windup reports are often shared with others. Currently, Windup creates a "graph" and "archives" folder within the Windup "--output" directory, which are of considerable size. This information is useful when debugging or extending Windup, but not for the main use case for customers (viewing / sharing reports).

It would be ideal to only keep the graph when provided a command line parameter. When providing the command line parameter, such as "--persistGraph", Windup would not remove the graph or archive directories. However, by default on exit, Windup should remove these folders.
