    Description

      The existing Web console still contains the original Web UI.
      We need to remove the original UI for the following reasons
      1. To reduce the size of the Web UI distribution (868 MB currently)
      2. Make it easier to create a Tackle branded version of the Web UI
      3. Reduce the amount of changes required to make MTA build with JDK11
