    Description

      We need to change the title of Chapter 5 of the user guide for the IDE plugin to indicate it deals with usage of the plugin, not troubleshooting.

      The chapter itself could use a review and rewrite in terms of clarity and avoiding repetition. 

      No change in its description of the plugin's functionality is needed in this Jira.
