Description
josteele John this is not something for Release 5.1.0, rather a piece of work we need to schedule for later.
The CodeReady Studio 12.17.0.GA does not support Java 8.
Java 11 is the minimum requirement.
I have installed the 5.1.0.Alpha1 build of the Eclipse Pluging into that version of CodeReady Studio and ran a basic couple of tests with OpenJDK 11.0.8
Overall the results were positive. The plugin installed successfully, the cli starts/stops fine and it was possible to run an analysis and generate the reports.
What didn't work was the individual issue panel (when you click on an individual issue from the issue hierarchy and the details appear in a panel below the source code file).
