Deploying RHAMT on Openshift does not work as it's missing postgresql image

When deploying RHAMT Web Console into Openshift from template if fails as it's missing PostgreSQL image:

 Reason: cannot trigger a deployment for "rhamt-web-console-postgresql" because it contains unresolved images 

There should be provided information how to deploy image stream with postgresql image.
