Openshift - deploy.sh script should ask whether to delete old "rhamt" namespace

    Description

      deploy.sh script which deploys RHAMT on OCP 3.11 does not ask whether to delete old namespace and fails:

      $ bash -x deploy.sh
...
+ oc new-project rhamt
Error from server (AlreadyExists): project.project.openshift.io "rhamt" already exists

      Expected would be to ask for old project deletion and recreate it.
