Can we retain the left 'Projects' accordion when we click on any particular Project

All the accordions (Project, Analysis Result , Application , Analysis Configuration) show when we click on any project details but when we click on project the left side accordion panel goes away .
For UI consistency can we show the left accordion pane at all times.
We can anyways select project from top .

When user click on Projects , he will be shown all projects list with 'New Project' button.

But when Individual project is clicked , project details will be shown and left accordion panel stays.
