when sourceMode is used, the target folder for maven projects should be ignored by default

Right now, if the user runs an analysis with `--sourceMode` and pointing to a maven project (that's for example the case when using the elcipse plugin), the target folder is also taken into consideration for analysis, leading to

• a slower analysis
• inconsistent reports as only the source-relevant issues / SPs are displayed on the app issue report, but all the rest include the issues/SPs from the target folder as well.
