Add number of potential issues and cloud-mandatory SPs to the bubble tech report

As a user it would be good to have the information of cloud-mandatory SPs (if cloud-readiness was added as target) and the number of potential issues in the tech report punchcard in order to have a clearer picture. Just mandatory might be misleading if there are tons of potentials or cloud-mandatory too.
