RHAMT Eclipse Plugin win32 server startup fails

The RHAMT eclipse plugin executes rhamt-cli.bat in a clean environment with only the JAVA_HOME environment variable set. However, the rhamt-cli.bat script expects default environment entries for PATH, OS, USERPROFILE,etc.. to be set.
