Specifying an alternative RHAMT home directory should also switch the rules directory

    Description

Right now, if I specify a different RHAMT directory, it will still default to using the rules directory from the embedded installation.

Maybe switch the default in this case? Or just give a warning to the user if it is being run with a rules directory from one RHAMT installation but the executable from another?
