    Description

      Rule org.jboss.windup.rules.apps.xml.xml.ValidateXmlFilesRuleProvider takes 4 min in offline env. in comparison to full online mode where it takes 25 sec. Like dis-attached eth cable and no wifi connection.

      This was seen on jee-example-app.ear
