Project hierarchy tree seems to leak over to Issue Explorer when importing non-maven project

      Using John Steele's "demo" project
      – Import "demo" project into workspace in Project Explorer view
      – Switch to Issue Explorer view
      – There is a tree entry for the "demo" project which shows what you'd expect in Project Explorer, not the migration issues information you'd expect in Issue Explorer (like it leaked from the other view)
      – If you Run Windup on the project, the entry disappears and you have the normal Windup report info in Issue Explorer

      This doesn't happen when importing a Maven project like jee-example-app, but it does happen when importing John's "demo" project. You wind up (grr) with UI elements in the Issue Explorer tree that seem to belong somewhere else. See the repro steps below.
