Docs: should say what is the default logical operation for multiple conditions in <when>

The docs should explain how conditions are evaluated if there are multiple conditions in <when>. For instance:

<when>
    <xmlfile ... />
    <javaclass .../>
</when>

Do both conditions have to be met? Only one?
