Remove unused 'basic-authType' complex type in wildfly-undertow xsd file

Since undertow subsystem version 4.0, the basic-authType has not been utilized anymore. We should probably remove that type definition from our xsd file with another subsystem version bump.

This type was used for basic-auth filter which is no longer present in undertow.
