EJB subsystem: synchronize enable-statistics attribute name with other subsystems

In all other subsystems, the attributes for enabling statistics are named statistics-enabled, except EJB3, where it is enable-statistics.
Actually, in the transactions subsystem, there are both, where enable-statistics is kept as a deprecated attribute for backward compatibility. I think that the EJB3 subsystem should use the same approach.
