      1. in $JBOSS_HOME/standalone/configurations/standalone-full.xml add jms topic to jms destinations:

                          <jms-topic name="testTopic">
                              <entry name="topic/test"/>
                              <entry name="java:jboss/exported/jms/topic/test"/>
                          </jms-topic>
      

      2. Run WFLY full dist with ./bin/standalone.sh -c standalone-full.xml
      3. Deploy attached war - notice the weird behavior
      4. Try to restart the server
