Deprecate transaction subsystem's path and relative-to attributes

These attributes relate to the "file" mechanism for setting the process-id, which isn't supported or otherwise configurable. So they serve no purpose.

I'll deprecate them effective with management API version 1.4, which is the EAP 6.3 version.
