Set proper wsconsume and wsprovide program name to be used in help messages

    Description

      The wsconsume.sh/.bat and wsprovide.sh/.bat shell scripts return something like

      usage: org.jboss.ws.tools.cmd.WSConsume [options] <wsdl-url>

      instead of

      usage: wsconsume.sh [options] <wsdl-url>

      This is to be fixed by providing proper -Dprogram.name value in the scripts.
