Improve the performance of the org.jboss.as.jpa.hibernate.management.QueryName class

      Improve the performance of the QueryName class which can be configured to deal with a very large number of database queries (default is 5000 but it could be even larger than that but some applications may configure a much lower "hibernate.statistics.query_max_size" setting).

      This subtask is to improve the performance of the QueryName class.
