Rework the WFLY-19267 enhancement to cover the wildfly-preview and wildfly-ee feature packs as well.

This will require moving from static configuration of the channels to using the wildfly.channels maven property. Static configuration won't work as std WF uses two channel elements while WFP only uses one.
