module add in cli using module-xml option fails when file is located in different folder or when drive letter is specified

In Windows environment, connect using cli and add new module using the module add command. Using the module-xml argument specify the path of the module xml file located in a different drive from where JBoss EAP is installed. Execute the command.

A message is displayed saying the module add command failed by failing to locate the file on the file system.

Notice that the location specified in the message duplicates the drive.
