Revert the replacements of JBoss Modules dependencies that are target of an alias

Due to the support of Jakarta EE > 9, we have replaced some module dependencies with the new modules implemented for Jakarta EE > 9 and we have created an alias for them.

However, due to WFGP-233, Galleon is not provisioning the aliases of a JBoss Module. That could lead to the situation where a trimmed server provisions the target of alias but not the alias itself.

This can break existing applications that are expecting to use the alias.
