Update the community docs for JBoss Jakarta EE8 APIs BOMs Removal

There's a propposal to remove the JBoss Jakarta EE8 APIs BOMs deliverablres, since the Jakarta EE artifacts in such BOMs are also present in the Jakarta EE8 BOMs, and thus it makes little sense to continue delivering them.

This issue is meant to track changes to the community docs to update any reference to such BOMs, to point instead to the any Jakarta EE8 BOM successors.

This task also include identifying any potential changes in the quickstarts or migration guidelines that could affect documented user experience.
