Add public module to wildfly-preview for hibernate-search-orm-coordination-outbox-polling

See a description of the feature here. Essentially it allows for coordinated indexing of entities from multiple instances of a same application.

That feature is experimental, so it would be better to introduce it in wildfly-preview only.
