Remove the log4j:log4j test dependency from testsuite/integration/ws

The teststuite/integration/ws module has a log4j:log4j dep whose version is set via the root pom's import of the wildfly-core root pom. We want to eliminate that dep in wildfly-core so we need to eliminate full's need for the version.

If I simply comment out the dependency the tests pass so the likely solution will be to just delete it as cruft.
