Move remaining WF Preview version control from ee-9/feature-pack/pom.xml to ee-9/pom.xml

When we started WF Preview, all the dependency version info that differed from what's in standard WildFly was all captured in ee-9/feature-pack/pom.xml as that was the only place that used it. But now cases are becoming common where other modules need that info, so we've been moving pieces to dependencyManagement in ee-9/pom.xml when we introduce other code that needed.

This task is to move what's left so people doing further work don't have to concern themselves with this step.
