Add missing exclusions for artemis-selector and artemis-hqclient-protocol dependencies

Artifact artemis-hqclient-protocol is missing exclusions for org.apache.geronimo.specs:* and org.apache.johnzon:johnzon-core.

Artifact artemis-selector is missing an exclusion for org.apache.geronimo.specs:*

Those missing exclusions were noticed now when I've tried to build EAP Quickstarts using productized version of Artemis.

 Also note that those exclusions are already present in other Artemis artifacts.
