Simple enhancement to avoid application-security-domain resources.

Legacy security can now be assumed to never be present at runtime.

If a deployment references the name of a security domain which is not mapped using an application-security-domain resource we should map to an Elytron SecurityDomain and assume remaining attributes that could have been set on the application-security-domain resource are set to default.

The EJB andUndertow subsystem defaults for security-domain should become ApplicationDomain, then the application-security-domain mappings can be omited from the default configuration.
