HostExcludesTestCase does not take care of removed extensions

    Description

      The basic behavior of the HostExcludesTestCase is to validate whether is possible to get the list of extensions of a legacy release by applying the host exclusions defined for the current release to the set of the current extensions.

      However, this test is failing for the case when an extension has been removed. When an extension is removed on the current release, this extension is not passed to the legacy host, the legacy host must be configured accordingly to remove the uses of this extension.
