Fix licenses in EE feature pack

The following changes needs to be done in ee-feature-pack-common-licenses.xml:

 
1) Correct licenses name so they match the expected license file as part of Wildfly:
"Apache-2.0" needs to change to "Apache License 2.0"
"3-Clause BSD License" needs to change to "BSD 3-Clause \"New\" or \"Revised\" License"

2) There were licenses missing for the artifacts:
io.jaegertracing:jaeger-core, io.jaegertracing:jaeger-thrift and io.opentelemetry:opentelemetry-api

3) There is a typo in artifact io.opentelemetry:opentelemetry-otlp-trace, the artifact ID should be opentelemetry-exporter-otlp-trace
