The REST subsystem should have a context handle for handling the context for Jakarta Concurrency

    Description

      The Jakarta Concurrency subsystem has the ability allow subsystems to propagate their expected contexts to managed threads. The REST subsystem does not currently do this. A handler should be used to propagate the RESTEasy context for managed threads.
