Some wildfly-preview feature pack dependencies are not provided scope

Dependencies declared in the various poms that feature packs depend on should be provided scope. Some aren't for wildfly-preview. Correct this.

This ensures that projects that depend on the feature pack don't end up pulling down artifacts the FP will install unless they actually use the FP to provision. An FP might have hundreds of deps so we don't want Galleon users to end up downloading the internet just because their project might use the FP at some point.
