Add support for encrypted expressions in the wildfly-config.xml

I am just raising this against WildFly at the moment as wildfly-config.xml handling is spread across multiple projects.

We should likely review if the parsing of this file already has a common expression resolution framework, if not that may be the first step - then within the configuration look at how support for encrypted expressions can be added.
